The teachers of our school have been having problems with keeping class reports forms in order during open day preparation

The problem chosen was the disorganization of class report forms. This issue was selected because it caused unnecessary delays and complaints from parents during open days.

The parents were primarily affected, as they complained about the unavailability of their children's results during open days.

Step 2 IMAGINE

Creating files from boxes wrapped in decorative and protective materials, Using digital storage for reports and results. Introducing color-coded file systems for easy identification, Assigning student assistants to help organize and manage files before open day.

The team chose to make files from recycled boxes wrapped in decorative and protective materials, This solution was cost-effective, eco-friendly, and easy to implement within the available resources.

The team collected recycled boxes from shops and homes, • The boxes were wrapped with decorative materials and covered with plastic for durability. Each file was labeled and distributed to class teachers for organizing report forms.

The project improved record-keeping in the school, enhancing organization and communication between teachers and parents, which supports the goal of providing quality education
