Happy life- an app to improve well-being

Step 1 FEEL

We knew that everyone has problems with stress, school work, jobs, parent pressure etc

We wanted to focus on improving wellbeing

We found students had stress with school, and adults had stress with their jobs.

Step 2 IMAGINE

WE thought about ebooks, a YouTube channel, a Tiktok and an app

We chose the app after we analysed it using rubrics.

Step 3DO

WE first made a paper example to get all of our ideas clear, then we made a genially to demonstrate it, as we cant' code.

Both parents and students found different uses, but all said that it improved their well-being in different ways.

We didn't know how to code, but genially solved that, and we also wanted to add much more to the app, for example, links to other resources.

Good health and well being

WE saw that our app improved the well-being of everyone who used it

Step 4 SHARE

We met parents at pick-up time, we used clubtime to share with classes of students, and we walked around the school to share with adimin staff and teachers. We also made a QR code to share as much as we could.

We need to keep updating the games and quizzes and games so people return to the app everyday, and to encourage daily usage.
