List the challenges or problems in your surroundings (school,neighbourhood etc.) that bothered you.

Waste plastic bottles in and outside of our school. Our school environment not cheerful.

State the problem chosen to work and why.

We want to reuse the plastic drink bottles into useful product. We also want to create 2D games "Save the Turtle".

Who were the people affected by the problem? What were their primary concerns?

School students and people in our area.

List ALL the different solutions you came up with.

We think about the collection and removal of plastic drink bottles into useful product to school. 2D games can interact pupils to take care of the environment.

Which solution from those listed above did you choose to implement and why?

We chose "Reuse the plastic drink bottles" Instead of scattering here and there, we converted into useful things. 2D games "Save The Turtle" can educate the pupils to always take care of the environment.

Describe very briefly the process of implementing your solution(s).

Collecting of plastic drink bottles that have been removed. Cut out plastic bottles to the "sakura" flower shape. Painting "sakura" flowers with white, pink and red. Paint the walls with paint spray and put "sakura" flowers on the Peace Wall. Create 2D games "Save The Turtle" using scratch programming.

What was the result or impact of your project?

Everyone realized that we could make useful products from waste. Everyone very proud when they look our art at the Peace Wall.

The people nearby area of our school, teachers everyone came and saw the reuse product made by us and appreciated us.

Please explain briefly why do you think so?

A clean environment is essential for human health and well-being. On the other hand, air and water pollution as well as poor management of hazardous chemicals and waste contribute to undermine health. Natural disasters and environmental shocks can have substantial impact on health, including deaths, injuries, diseases, disabilities, psychosocial problems and other indirect effects with damage to health facilities and disruption to the delivery of health services over extended periods of time.

How did you share your project with your school and community? Who did you share your project with? What was their response?

We conducted meeting and shared our project and its uses to the parents. We were also shared our project in Facebook. They were appreciated our effort. We have also distributed poster about our project to students, teachers and parents.

Briefly share your plan to sustain the impact of your project?

We always do the same recycling and reuse process to make useful things from our school plastic bottles wastes. Some teachers also use the plastic bottles as the teaching aids in the classroom.
