Step 1 FEEL

1.Lack of affordable soap 2.Hard water 3.Dirty Environment 4.Kids lacking alternatives for soap and water 5.Hygiene 6.Poor nutrition 7.Lack of proper sanitation 8.Peer pressure from the youths 9.Lack of Education 10.

1. Lack of affordable soap 2.Hard water we had a training on to make soap and how we can make revenue out of it and how we can impact lives because many kids were having dirty clothes due to the expensive soaps and because of covid 19 sanitizers are not allowed to schools. Most of the parent is using hard water which can not lather easily with regular soap that's why we came IP with supa soap because it easily lathers in hard water

1. Parents. We realized most of the parents are using a lot of money to buy soap and water on their daily basis and it was becoming hard on their side with this corona and even the price of soap raised that's why we decided to come up with a solution to be innovative with supa soap. 2.kids We are working in a community that has a lot of kids and neglect from the parents, a team of chezacheza kids first did their research and found out that most of the kids in Kibera don't have soap for washing their uniforms or even for washing their hands, and the response they get from the other kids was the soap from the shops are very expensive that most of the parents can't afford daily. 3. Community most of our communities are really struggling even to put a meal on the table that means buying something like soap won't be considered and that's why supa soap came up with affordable soap to anyone it's not expensive and lathers with hard water and its reliable to anyone.

Step 2 IMAGINE

1. garbage Collection 2. Create awareness on how to conserve the environment. 3. Providing water tanks with fresh water inside. 4. Providing affordable soap and ways to use water in small quantities. 5.Creating a mobile app where every kid in the informal settlements can get access to education and do their revisions at an affordable price, and where they can get all the past papers for revision at this time of the pandemic.

4. Providing affordable soap and ways to use water in small quantities. The reason why we came with affordable soap is to make sure people are preventing themselves from covid 19 From the kids to the parents and again For washing clothes, utensils and cleaning our body. Why we decided to come up with supa soap is most of the parents in Kibera are overwhelmed with their kids because of the pandemic while most of the parents lack means if feeding their kids, that's why our soap is affordable and can resolve hard water again every family can have their soap because we park them in bottles.

Step 3DO

First, the kids had their own meeting and choose themselves in the group, they came up with different problems with the solution and looked at the one that was affordable to them and a problem to them too. Second is they gave each and everyone a role to play in the team, there was, 1. A team leader 2. The soap maker 3. The researcher or Interviewer to see how much or what kind of soap does the community needs. 4.The packagers, Makes sure all the packaging materials are ready and sealed. 5. The distributer the one who will be distributing soap to the residents and confirms the orders made. The third is after doing all the research and finding their problem, they now started to see ways they can get the materials for the project and the people they can reach out for help.

The result was super amazing, people in the community were very happy, most of the people purchased the soaps and even most of the people placed their orders. After Our distribution, we received 40 people who whats to buy our soap in the community and one kindergarten school.

1. If you have really watched the video well you'll see the kids distributing the soap to the community and the lady said, "This soap when you use with water it lathers easily and its affordable"

1. Lack of material. At first, we dint know how to get the material because they required money again we came up with a solution to get the material, this is the process A. we emailed Chezacheza and explained our problem then our solution to our problem. B. we asked for small funding to start our venture C. we already had a way to gain our profit through the supa soap and return the loan with a profit. 2.Protective Mesures as you have seen in the video most of the kids don't have cloves or even masks to protect themselves that was our biggest challenge because we are working with chemicals. 3.Space or Room We dint have access to a room or a private place to conduct our work, but most of the kids came up with an idea to do it outside, and still, we solved our problem. 4.Distribution materials and packaging we dint have a means of distribution or a place where we can package our soap in a presentable way but all of the kids were able to go pick plastic bottles and clean them, this means there is a possibility of creating job employment and keeping our environment clean by recycling plastic bottles.

Sustainable cities and communities

Sustainable cities and community. Our mission is to see every community get affordable soap and every kid have a chance to own his or her own soap in the houses. And we aim to create job opportunities for youth and see a happy community, reducing the risks of early pregnancies and the usage of drugs through engaging everyone, That's why supa soap aims at working with youth to create more awareness through soap making and seeing a happy community.

Step 4 SHARE

1. Mothers, we first told them what is supa soap and told them how we make our own soap and the problem we want to solve in the community. Our marketing strategies before even distributing the soap had already talked to them and booked for orders. 2.Kids First, the supa soap kids are from the same community Kibera, which enabled us to understand the problem they were facing. Then went to the other kids in the community and found the problem. We went with some of the kids to their home and Convinced the parents to use supa soap and the response was really amazing. as you can see in our video.

20-50

Our main aim is to sell the soap at an affordable price to get the revenue to buy the material, Then we would like to pitch our ideas to investors and donors to get support because we want to reach 1000000 people in the communities through supa soap.
