Step 3DO

We first drafted a letter to the school Principal requesting permission to conduct a Road Safety and Helmet Awareness Rally. After getting approval, we formed student committees to design placards, banners, and slogans. We coordinated with the local police for traffic support and informed nearby residents. On the rally day, students marched through four key school routes, spreading awareness about the importance of wearing helmets through chants and posters.

The rally created strong awareness in our school zone. Many parents and students started wearing helmets regularly, especially during school commutes. Traffic police appreciated the initiative and promised more regular monitoring in the area.

Challenge: Managing traffic safely during the rally. Solution: We sought support from local traffic police and volunteers from staff. Challenge: Limited time for placard preparation. Solution: Volunteers to do placards
