List the challenges or problems in your surroundings (school,neighbourhood etc.) that bothered you.

- From previous two years village roads are under construction. - Due to online mode education students not get quality education. - Lack of Adequate facilities in covid condition related to health.

State the problem chosen to work and why.

-By surveying the every challenge we decided to solve the issue of "Lack of adequate facilities in covid condition related to health". -Because due to pandemic every patients not get proper treatment. So, Mortality rate increases. -The medical services not properly reach in rural areas.

Who were the people affected by the problem? What were their primary concerns?

-Those who are all coming with challenge including students, village peoples, civil hospital doctors and staff, private hospital doctor affected by this problem. -The primary concern about the unavailability of medical services (specially in rural areas), physicians unable to treat number of patients.

List ALL the different solutions you came up with.

-Including number of villages available technical medical services with the help of hospitals.(very costly and not simple to work). -By "Covid Patient Remote health monitoring system".

Which solution from those listed above did you choose to implement and why?

-The group choose to do 'Covid patient remote health monitoring system'. -So, Increasing the capacity for physicians to treat more patients. -Also increasing patient comfort and increase the prospect of patient engagement. -Better access to healthcare. -Peace of mind and daily assurance. -This system easy to handle for working.

Describe very briefly the process of implementing your solution(s).

1. Material used= -Sensors : 3 (DHT 11, 1157, MQ-7) -Arduino : 1 (ArduinoAtMega 328) -wi Fi module : 1 (Esp8266) -Connecting wires. 2. Implementation process= -On the board placed the Arduino and to supply it used the Adapter. At the arduino input(analog) side placed the sensors which directly connected to patient and at output(digital) side the LCD display, website. Arduino recognize all patient health related data and it display on LCD display as well as reach to doctors,health operators through website. -We implement this project in hospital then doctor able to treat more patients, to do routine consultation.

What was the result or impact of your project?

-Very creative and innovative. -Much beneficial and useful. -With the help of technical platform we develop remote health monitoring of patients in hospitals, homes as well as in remote areas. Also ,which may increase access to care and decrease healthcare delivery cost.

-After seeing our project doctors ready to implement in their hospital. -village people gain technical information. - Some students ready to learn about project.

What challenges did you encounter while implementing your project, and how did you overcome them?

We unable to do computer programming. So, with the help of technical teachers we overcome this problem.

Through 'Remote health monitoring system' we increase the healthcare. -In rural areas every patient not get proper medical services. So, from this system we able to connecting services. -Minimize the distance between doctor and patient. -Routine consultation.

With the help of project module,video story, presentation group members explain our project in hospitals,villages. The doctors, students, village peoples appreciate it and ready to implement it.

-Continue contacting with doctors and health operators. -Take meeting in villages to spread technical information.
